The tour is quite informative and interesting. The guide was a bit dull, but in general the main pleasure was walking through the cellars.
It became clear why all Inkerman wines are made from wine materials, as indicated in the ingredients on the label. Inkerman does not have its own vineyards, so the grapes are supplied to them in a semi-finished form from different vineyards, namely as wine materials.

The wines are aged in oak barrels.
They are building a new barrel. This is a long and very expensive process, since old oak is required for this purpose.
