The village of Saint-Guilhem-le-Desert is one of the most beautiful villages in France.
We spoiled the whole visit to this little town by coming here on a Sunday. There were a looooot of people here. It was impossible to pass each other on the narrow streets, and people were crowding in the square, in cafés, and in souvenir shops.
So it probably isn’t worth making a special trip here. But if you’re passing nearby, be sure to stop by.
