Itinerary
Today we’re going for a little drive around Lake Nahuel Huapi in Bariloche.
It’s very beautiful here. When we first arrived a couple of days ago, it felt like we had come to another country.
It’s so green here, with so many trees!
The city of Bariloche itself and the surrounding villages look much better than the other Argentine cities we’ve been to.
Our first stop is a forest of red trees. The tree is called arrayán, or Chilean myrtle.
The second stop at the lookout point with a very beautiful view of the lake. The scenery here is wonderful...
The third stop — we went for a walk to another viewpoint. We sat on a big rock overlooking the lake...
While we were walking around, our car was broken into right in the parking lot.
It’s still unclear how they managed to open it. Someone simply opened the trunk and rummaged through all our things.
For some reason, they took the bag with Serzhyk’s things. That bag also had a few souvenirs in it...
We were very lucky they didn’t find the laptop.... In the end, nothing valuable was stolen.
Serzhyk was sad about his jacket and his new flashlight.
Our route for today. We traveled 144 km. We spent the night on the outskirts of the town of Villa La Angostura.
