We had to go to this castle twice — all because the first time we arrived on Monday, and Monday is a day when castles are closed. Please keep this in mind for all of them! Honestly, the castle is more impressive from the outside than from the inside. You can’t really walk around inside without a guide, and I’ve always had an aversion to all kinds of tours, simply because it’s interesting to sneak into somewhere you’re not allowed to go or where it’s closed... It’s always like that.

On the approach to the castle. I like its grandeur.

And once again inside. It was quite difficult to understand what the guide was saying in Czech, but about the stones she said that they were carried by these holes, and that it was very hard work.
