Itinerary

In the morning we drink coffee on our balcony and watch the town wake up. How nice that today we don’t have to hurry anywhere.
The ocean is completely calm. Fishermen return with their catch on their blue boats. A tractor meets them. The tractor drives up to each boat, grabs it, and takes it to the “parking lot”.

Here the men have gathered around one of the boats and are discussing something animatedly.
Fresh catch is being sold at the stalls. Cats are wandering around nearby.

Then Wolf works. And I read on the balcony and keep an eye on what’s happening on the beach. We have never lived this close to the ocean before.
In this apartment everything is fine except for the cockroaches. They run around the kitchen in swarms. Of course, that’s not very pleasant. We try to go in there as little as possible.

During the day we go swimming.

And in the evening, when the heat has subsided a little, we go for a walk. The town is quite small, but cozy. In one of the little shops, we buy grapes and flatbreads.
We have dinner on our balcony — tuna salad, grapes, bread, wine, and tea.

In the evening, we try to plan our further route at least approximately.
We fall asleep to the sound of the ocean….
