Itinerary
After the village of Villa Cerro Castillo, the gravel road began... About 120 km on a gravel road. Average speed 50–60 km/h.
We are approaching our destination, the village of Puerto Rio Tranquilo. In the distance, Lake General Carrera can be seen.
Our little house for tonight
The house has a traditional stove. I’m arranging our belongings.
We went for a little walk around the village.
We bought a tour to the Marble Caves for tomorrow (we came here for them).
General Carrera Lake. The largest in Chile.
Having dinner. Italian pasta and delicious Chilean wine made from Carmenère grapes.
